Refund Terms

Full Refund Policy – Original Receipt is required for a full refund or exchange.

Last day to receive a full refund or exchange is based on the duration and when the course starts.

Fall & Spring 16-week semester term: 10 days from start date.

Fall & Spring 8-week semester term: 5 days from start date.

Summer semester term: 4 days from start date.

Interim, Winter, & 4-week semester term: 1 day from start date.

Full Refund Policy for Instructor Ordered Course Materials

Instructor ordered course materials include textbooks, study guides, e-books, rental books, course packages, access codes, clickers, rock kits, and other materials required by the instructor.

All refunds must reach the bookstore by the end of the posted date, or be postmarked by the posted date. New books and new rented books must be returned in new condition. No marks, highlighting, or physical damage. Shrink-wrapped bundles and custom packages must be returned in the original sealed wrap. Used books must be in resalable condition. E-books and access codes (including digital access codes) must be inactive to return for a full refund. E-books and access codes are not returnable once it has been activated.

Full Refund Policy for General Merchandise & Electronics

General merchandise and electronic merchandise include t-shirts, hoodies, caps, backpacks, calculators, misc. electronics, medical supplies, gift items, etc.…may be returned or exchanged within 10 (ten) business days from the date of purchase. Items that are blister packaged, tagged, or otherwise sealed can only be returned if the factory packaging, tags, etc.…are intact and unopened. Merchandise that is marked, “nonreturnable”, or “clearance”, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Defective merchandise (not including laptops, computers, printers, or Littmann stethoscopes) have an in-store warranty exchange period of 10 (ten) business days from the date of purchase. After 10 (ten) business days, customer must contact the manufacture for warranty and service information.

Graduation caps, gowns, tassels, pins, and announcements are not refundable after the graduation ceremony.

Gift card balances are not refundable.

Full Refund Policy for Reference Materials & Other Items

Dictionaries, thesauruses, flash cards, charts, medical reference books, test preparation manuals, etc.…which are purchased as additional study aides, are NOT refundable.

Gift cards and clearance items are not refundable.

Package must be postmarked by the posted date. Use a shipping method that you can track. Insert this receipt with your box.
